A ticket must be purchased for anyone who will require their own seat. Any child who will not be using an individual seat i.e. infants who will instead be sitting on their parent’s lap will not require a ticket.
Yes, these events are family friendly.
The event is expected to begin promptly one hour after the doors open. This is to allow enough time for guests to register and get seated. Seats are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
The events will be in a dinner format with a three-course meal included. Each dinner event is expected to last for approximately three hours.

There are designated car parks available either onsite or nearby at all events.
Yes, there is disabled access at all of the event venues.
Yes, all venues will have a designated prayer area.
You can book as many times as you wish. In any one single booking, you can book up to 10 tickets.
No, seats will be available on a first come first serve basis.
You can get a full refund up to 7 days before the event. After this, all tickets are non-refundable. To request a refund, please email events@islamic-relief.org.uk.
We would refund your ticket for the original city and you would have to purchase a new ticket for the new event.
Yes you can, however please note that each ticket will be scanned at the venue and one ticket cannot be used twice.
We already have a full tour itinerary and programme, however, we will take any new requests into consideration where possible. Please email any requests to events@islamic-relief.org.uk.

No, we will not be taking stall bookings for any tour events.
Yes photos and videos will be being captured before, during and after the event. If at any point you feel uncomfortable or do not want to be captured, please let one of the nearest staff or volunteers know.
