Up to what age is a child ticket?
A child ticket can be purchased for children up to 12 years of age. You do not need to purchase a ticket for a baby or young child that will not require a seat.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can book?
You can book as many times as you wish. In any one single booking, you can book up to 5 tickets.
Can I pre-book an allocated seat?
No, seats will be available on a first come first serve basis.
I can no longer attend, can I transfer my ticket to a friend?
Yes you can, however please note that each ticket will be scanned at the venue and one ticket cannot be used twice.
If I can no longer make it to the city I booked for, can I go to another event with the same ticket?
We would refund your ticket for the original city and you would have to purchase a new ticket for the new event.
Can I get a refund, if so, how?
You can get a full refund up to 7 days before the event. After this, all tickets are non-refundable. To request a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there parking at the event?
There are designated car parks available either onsite or nearby at all events. Please check online and make your travel arrangements accordingly.
Is there disabled access for these events?
Yes, there is disabled access at all of the venues.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, these events are family friendly.
Is there separated or segregated seating?
Whilst our events are not segregated, we will have facilities for both separated and family seated areas.
Are photos and videos captured at the events?
Yes photos and videos will be being captured before, during and after the event. If at any point you feel uncomfortable or do not want to be captured, please let one of the nearest staff or volunteers know.
What is the format of the events? How long will each event last?
The events will be in a concert format – with each evening lasting approximately four hours. Snacks and refreshments will be available to purchase.
Will food be provided?
Dinner will not be provided at the events however some events may have snacks and refreshments available to purchase. For further information, please email email@example.com

Will there be a meet and greet with Zain and Omar?
There will be no opportunity for meet and greet.
Will there be musical instruments?
There will be drums and percussion used during the performance.
Are there prayer facilities at the venue?
Yes, there will be facilities made available for prayer.
Can I buy Zain Bhikha merchandise at the event?
Yes, there will be a range of merchandise sold at the event.
What is in the Gift Box and when can I pick it up on the day?
The Gift box is a limited edition set which contains books and CD’s of Zain Bhikha’s work. You will be able to pick up your Gift Box at the end of the event for which you have bought your tickets for.
Are there stalls we can hire at these events?
No, we will not be taking stall bookings for any of the Zain Bhikha tour events.
How do I volunteer for an event?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put you in touch with the local fundraiser. Please note that volunteer roles cannot be guaranteed.
