Islamic Relief statement on London Bridge attack

We are deeply shocked and saddened by the events of last night.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families at this difficult time.

As Islamic Relief UK is a London based charity, we hope and pray that the rich and diverse communities that make London so powerful and unique, stand together in solidarity in the face of evil.

Our organisation stands against any acts of violence, terror or hatred, anywhere in the world.

Whoever the perpetrators of these heinous attacks are, they do not represent any race, religion or community – they only represent themselves.
