The power of food

All power belongs to Allah (SWT).

Allah has power over all things, and nothing happens without His authority.

But Allah has given us each power over aspects of our life, and He has given us free will. This Ramadan use your power to send food to those who need it most.

The Power of Food: “My children can eat today”

“I am a mother, and I am a refugee.

“When the war in Syria started, we had to leave. We travelled through the mountains and eventually, found ourselves living in a tent. Here, I can’t provide clothes for my children, let alone schooling. My greatest fear is what their future will look like without an education.

“Every day they ask for food, which I can’t afford – so when we receive food parcels, it is a huge help; for us and every Syrian family here.

“As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, we ask Allah to help us all, and give thanks to Him and to every donor who has ever enabled us to have food.”
