From recruitment, advice and guidance to professional development, the team is here to make sure that all our volunteers get the most out of their time with us.

The volunteer coordinators in particular manage a range of learning and development volunteer programmes including AimIR, AspIR and SupportIR and ensure that our volunteers know just how valued they are. This also includes the IRUK volunteer reward scheme and the infamous LifeSaver awards – our annual award ceremony celebrates the success and dedication of our large volunteer network.
