Join Christian Aid and Islamic Relief on the London to Copenhagen Bike Ride (9-16 December) and you’ll be signing up for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Three days and 140 miles of cycling through charming English fields and magical Danish islands with decent stop-offs en route. Plus as each mile passes you will be raising funds for vital Islamic Relief projects with poor communities around the world.
And awaiting you at the end is wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen.
This led by Christian aid to Make climate change history. When you arrive in the Danish capital, it will be buzzing as thousands of people descend on the city to campaign for climate justice as the UN holds its vital summit on global warming.
It's poor countries that are feeling the affects of climate change hardest. That’s why Christian Aid and Islamic Relief are calling for a fair outcome from the Copenhagen summit.
In Copenhagen you will have the chance to add your voice by joining Christian Aid and Islamic Relief campaigners.
Raise money
The London to Copenhagen ride is a great chance to raise crucial funds for Islamic Relief’s poverty relief work. It costs £99 to register.
Then it’s your choice how you fund the ride:
- Fundraising Commit to raising a minimum of £1,900 in sponsorship.
- £875 of this will cover your tour costs and the remaining funds will go direct to Islamic Relief’s work.

We have 50 places on our specially tailored route and it's open to all levels of cyclist. So whether you’re mad about cycling or just love a leisurely Sunday meander, this event has been specifically designed with you in mind.
Due to limited daylight our daily cycling is restricted, so you’ll do no more than six hours on the three cycling days. You also get two free days in Copenhagen at the end.
