Salary: £6.50 ph (day rate) and £7.50 ph (evening rate, after 6pm)
Contract: Temporary Contract (Up to 4 weeks, Flexible long and short shift work available)

We are seeking to recruit Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) for our Qurbani 2014 campaign. CSAs act as the first point of contact for Islamic Relief UK to ensure that a high level of customer care is provided to all our supporters and donors. You will be responsible for managing the switchboard, taking donations and dealing with supporter and donor enquiries effectively. In order to perform the duties the post holder must demonstrate high level of professionalism and be passionate for the cause. The CSAs must have excellent telephone manner, good communication and interpersonal skills and good IT and data entry skills. Previous experience in customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
