Continuous war has left thousands of Gazans with different degrees of trauma.
Following positive results from an existing centre caring for traumatised children, Islamic Relief now plans to establish a second badly-needed in the centre North Governorate of Gaza.
The centre will provide specialised care for children and families that have been highly exposed to armed conflict.
The centre will treat children through psycho-social intervention designed locally and delivered at various schools and community centres by highly trained psychologists and social workers.
There are still projects awaiting funding, whereby YOUR support is needed more than ever.
