| Islamic Relief is a UK based relief and development charity working to alleviate the poverty and suffering of the world's poorest people.
Islamic Relief also works with people from all walks of life in raising awareness of the root causes of poverty, and .then exploring what each of us can do to help one another as concerned global citizens and neighbours. This is the core of Development Education. Through written materials, multi media and workshops, we hope to work primarily with teachers in Citizenship, Geography, Religious Education and P.S.H.E. Our aim is to deliver the message of development education to the students of today, and thereby contribute to developing the effective of decision makers of tomorrow.
